Where conservatism goes to die
Another article that Gahagan should appreciate:

Washington, DC, is not the place for Conservative thoughts to thrive. Can anyone believe that this lady was nominated by Ronald Reagan? A few of my “legally trained” friends (including our own Mr. Gahagan) have stated that O’Connor was the worst thing to ever happen to the Supreme Court; not because of her moving to the left, but because she had the habit of jumping from left to right on a whim, and didn’t have an “anchor”.

On her general remarks, though, does anyone think that the Judicial Branch is “under attack” from conservative pundits and legislators, or is there a legitimate concern that the Supreme Court has done some legislation of its own from the bench?
